Bio

Norberto Tamburrino pianista, compositore dal sound originale e corposo è nato a Taranto nel 1964 dove, a 13 anni, comincia gli studi musicali per organo. Nel 1980 passa al pianoforte seguito dalla M° Anna Serafino e successivamente partecipa a Masterclasses con Enrico Pieranunzi, Franco D’andrea, Giorgio Gaslini, George Cables, Bob Mover , GianLuigi Trovesi , Claudio Fasoli . Nel ‘94 frequenta l’anno accademico al “C. P. M. Siena jazz” studiando piano jazz con Danilo Rea, Stefano Battaglia e Musica d’ insieme con Marco Tamburini.
Dagli anni ‘90 a New York frequenta Workshops e lezioni con Richard Clements, Frank Hewitt, Barry Harris, Jimmy Wass, Gilbert Coggins.
Collabora da interprete e free launch in occasione di Workshops e Concerti tenuti in Puglia da
Mc Coy Tyner , George Cables, Eddie Henderson, J D Allen.

Ha suonato in numerose rassegne e concerti jazz prestigiosi in Italia e USA.
Collaborazioni con :
Joseph Lepore, Fabio Morgera, Bruce Cox, J. D. Allen, Billy Kaye, Daniel Carter, Roberto Ottaviano, Stuart Grant, John Chussad, Felice Mezzina, Michel Carrabba, Giuseppe Bassi, Francesco Lomagistro, Marcello Nisi, Roberto Spagnolo, Pino Clementi, Marco Bardoscia, Davide Pettirossi, Alessandro Patti, Davide Penta, Francesco Mariella, Mimmo Campanale ed altri.
